E.ON Moldova Distribuţie is launching Telverde for taking over calls notifying defects

Since the beginning of this year the electricity customers have had the E.ON Moldova Distribuţie free call line, a unique telephone number to transmit notifications regarding stoppages in power supply.

The service has an improved capacity to take over calls and is available non-stop at
0800 800 929, available from the main fixed or landline telephone networks, with no costs for the customers.

“We are continuously preoccupied to increase the quality of services offered to our electricity customers, and the improvement of communication with our customers is one of the important directions for your actions. We are convinced that through the launching of the Telverde we will be closer to our customers and their needs”, said Sorin-Sebastian Potânc, General Manager of E.ON Moldova Distribuţie.

By using the Telverde the customers can notify us on power outages, situations with a potential risk for accidents, e.g.: electric panels, transformer points and boxes left unlocked or with damaged locking systems, poles or cables fallen to the ground.

We are pointing out that the new telephone number, 0800 800 929 will be available until the end of April this year in parallel to the old *929-type numbers, when the latter will be abolished. (* - local area code).
