How did you develop in your roles, within E.ON Business Services Cluj?
In my roles as Accounts Receivable Clerk and then Specialist I matured as an individual and my experience working with others – both colleagues and customers – has contributed a lot to my development. As a Specialist I am involved in projects which allow me to see the “bigger picture” of the organization.

Why did you decide to work as Accounts Receivable Clerk at E.ON Business Services Cluj?
At university I took part in a workshop which E.ON Business Services Cluj attended. There I discovered that this organization offers graduates the chance to develop their practical skills at work and improve their language skills through direct contact with foreign customers. Also the flexible work time influenced my decision as this allowed me to finish my studies.

What is, in your opinion, the most important benefit the company offers its employees and why?
In my opinion, the most important benefit is that we have the chance to develop ourselves, to learn new things from every situation and thus grow and move through different roles.

What do you enjoy most about working in the Accounts Receivable Team?
I enjoy learning from the processes of my experienced colleagues, as well as how to handle unusual situations, the experience of which I can then transfer to my new colleagues. I also enjoy the fact that my colleagues are all young so the work environment is more dynamic and the spirit is more innovative.

Are there any tips and recommendations that you would like to give candidates with regard to your experiences when applying for a job?
